Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Move up or down any month, or cancel with 30 days' notice. Your site and accounts stay yours either way.

What counts as a small change?

Things like new text, photos, prices, hours or a new team member. Bigger additions, like a new page or feature, are quoted first.

Do I need a plan if Nexus built my site?

No, it's optional. Most clients keep one so updates, security and new leads are handled while they run their business.

Is ad spend included in Growth Partner?

No. Ad spend is paid straight to Google or Meta from your own account, never marked up. Growth Partner covers running and improving the ads.

Can I get a plan if someone else built my site?

Often, yes. We'll check your site first and tell you honestly what it needs.
